Luxury hygiene brand EBIL launched in Kashmir, announces $12M investment
SRINAGAR: English Browne India Ltd. (EBIL), a premium luxury hygiene brand, launched in Kashmir on Wednesday, announcing a 100 crore rupee ($12 million) investment over the next five years and plans to generate 500 jobs for local youth.
The company is introducing a range of hygiene products, including what it calls the "World's First Sanitary Pad Protection Kit" and the "World's First Babies' Diaper Protection Kit." EBIL said these patented products are designed to improve comfort, protection, and overall hygiene.
"At English Browne, we believe that everyone deserves access to premium hygiene products that enhance their well-being, and Kashmir is a key part of our strategy," said Waseem Raja, head of business for Kashmir, and Narinder Singh Ball, head of Jammu and Kashmir, in a statement. "Our patented products are designed not just to provide protection but also to empower people with the best hygiene solutions, allowing them to feel confident and comfortable every day."
EBIL is establishing a presence in the region with two new offices, one in Srinagar and another in Anantnag. The company said it would consider opening a manufacturing unit in Kashmir if business expands. EBIL also said its sales force will be designated as "Hygiene Ambassadors of Kashmir."
"Establishing offices in both Srinagar and Anantnag is part of our strategic plan to strengthen our presence and ensure that our products are easily accessible to every part of Kashmir," the company said. "We're not just introducing innovative products; we're also building relationships within the region to make a positive and lasting impact."
It is in place to mention here that EBIL describes itself as a leading premium luxury hygiene brand known for its innovative, patented hygiene solutions.
