SKIMS Notice for Provisional Shortlisting of Candidates for Staff Nurse posts
The notice for Provisional shortlisting of candidates for the posts of Staff Nurse has been issued in reference to posts advertised vide Notification No. 02 of 2018, Dated: 23-07-2018.
Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura Srinagar, conducted OMR Based Written Tests for the posts of Staff Nurse on November 11, 2018.
The candidates figuring in Annexure "A" have been provisionally shortlisted for document verification based on merit acquired in the written test.
It may be noted that the candidates figuring in document verification are five times the actual number of posts wherever applicable and as such no candidate figuring in the Annexure shall have any claim to his/her inclusion in the final selection list, simply on the ground of figuring in this provisional shortlist.
The candidates figuring in the provisional shortlist shall have to appear in person on December 13 & 14, 2018, in the office of Administrative Officer, Policy (Room No. 2107) with the following documents in original:-
i. Copy of Online Application form.
ii. B.Sc Nursing Degree Certificate/Post Basic Degree Certificate.
iii. D.O.B Certificate.
iv. Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
v. Permanent Resident certificate.
vi. Other documents as per the advertisement.
vii. Bonafide certificate issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the Universities/Colleges outside the State of J&K, other than Central Universities.
The candidates are also required to produce a self-attested photocopy of each documents/certificates/bonafide/Online application form on the day of document verification.
Candidates figuring in reserve categories as shown in the Annexure, shall have to submit a valid reserve category certificate at the time of document verification.
In the event of failure of a candidate for appearing in document verification on the scheduled date, he/she shall forfeit his/her candidature for the post of Staff Nurse.
The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any writ petition pending before Hon'ble Court of Law.
