I didn't choose to be a Rag Picker ?

Pulwama: Children seen picking rags in South Kashmir's Pulwama district has become a common scene in the area.

Mostly non-local children are seen roaming around in search of rags and other such thrown-away stuff which they could sell off to buy them a day's food.

Showkat Dar captured few such heart-rending stills when he noticed these little helpless ragpickers.
